Windows rattle...driving me crazy

Ok I have tried to fix these things like 100 times. The windows rattle like crazy, I am able to pull the window up and down and also left and right by hand. The Drivers side window wont seal and the seals themsleves are fine. I can't figure it out, it seems like the crossbars are the problem. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm tired of the rain getting in and the insane rattling.

Normally, the stabilizers keep the window from rattling. There is a complete guide on adjusting the window on my Tech Page.
