Arrow Window Track Maintenance

I would like to make sure my window tracks are nice and lubed up. Any tips/tricks for those that have done this before? (No Smart-*** comments! )

Also, what kind of grease should I be using. I can't really find anything in my service manuals about how to do this or what to use.

Just lube up the rollers and the tracks. Don't put too much on though, just enough to keep it quiet and unabrasive. I used high temp. grease on mine, but general purpose grease should be fine. Should be able to find it at all auto parts stores.

I clean the tracks thoroughly and apply a light coat of the white lithium grease from a spray can. But any light grease will work.
