How do I install window regulator to get the bolts lined up.Once the tab is in I cant get the holes lined up. The tracks and wheels are all together.

 

I use rivets to hold it in place when lining it up. Pick one of them and start there and once one it lined up, move the regulator holes up and down until it lines up. The tab part is not made to line the holes up, but hold the piece in place while you work on it.
