I just fiber glassed the holes in my door that was too big for the track & motor mount, but I need to know what makes the motor stop on the auto down cycle. Is there a switch or what that makes the motor stop. Mine seems to be pulling the window too far down causing the fiber glass panel to bow out.

They all do that to some extent. There is normally a rubber stop in the bottom of the door.
