When I try to roll my drivers window down I hear a buzz from around the diagnostic port. I didnt think I had a bcm but whatever it is Im guessing I need to replace it to get my window to work. Any ideas what I'm looking for?

No, it's because your motor is not working that it is making the noise. People commonly notice that. Fix/replace the window motor.

 

Ok I will try replacing that motor, I just figured it was the box thats buzzing that needs replaced since my power door locks dont work either.

 

You can test the motor before replacing it. Jump power and ground to it's connector. You may have multiple problems if other things are not working. Might be your RAP module.
