I put a new window motor in on my drivers side door, but I think I broke something on the window's track. Whenever the window gets about half way up/down it falls off the rear track and the window falls downward and towards the interior of the car.

Anyone have any idea what I broke? I found a little piece of plastic inside the door, but can't tell what it is.
