Widows and Wipers

Both of my power windows and my windshield wipers went out at the same time. A buddy of mine has a guy that works at chevy and said there was an inline fuse that blew, but could not tell me where. Anybody have any suggestions as to wether this is true and if it is where that fuse may be? Thanks!

From Shoebox's site the attached schematic shows the fuse is located in the I/P fuse box; I assume that means the interior panel which is located on the side of the dash on the drivers side.

Again according to Shoebox's site, fuse 14 is the windshield wiper fuse (25A) and fuse 15 is the power window circuit breaker (30A).
