Where to buy O2 sensor and LT4 knock sensor?
Where to buy O2 sensor and LT4 knock sensor?
Well, after the summer last year I started installing some mid length headers. I got them all installed, and the car running, but now I need some O2 sensors for an LT1 TA (Don't need rear sims, just the front 2)
I wouldn't mind some cheap extenders either
I'm also needing an LT4 knock sensor, and I need the wire holder things for OVTC wires (installed the wires, need the brackets to hold em nice)
I'm just looking for sources to buy these for cheap, or if any have any for sale, thanks!

Re: Where to buy O2 sensor and LT4 knock sensor?
just go buy some AD delco ones from Autozone and take some 10 or 12 gauge wire (which ever you prefer) and make the extensions..........(Solder them ONLY, dont use any kind of connectors..........plus when you are cutting the ones you bought up dont mix the wires) this is the cheapest route (extensions will be like $50 bucks and my way will be maybe $10) (besides you making them will be the EXACT same thing as if you were to buy some already made...........yours just wont have those cool little connectors.
)
And as jason Cromer fot the KM, i got mine from him for $34 if i remember correctly

No.
You want the LT4 knock module, not the LT4 knock sensor. There is no such thing as an LT4 knock sensor... they used the same knock sensor as all other 1996 LT1's, and the high resistance OBD-II knock sensor is not interchangeable with an OBD-I PCM. The LT4 knock module will work. Are you experiencing false knock problems?
You definitely don't need sims.... you don't have after-cat sensors on your 94.
Use these sources for low pricing (from Shoebox's website):

If you aren't using Shoebox's website as a reference, you're missing out on a lot. He also has part #'s for many popular GM parts, and pricing guidelines, photos of locations, how tos, etc.

For the O2 sensors, many people have had problems with brands other than OEM AC/Delco.

Dang it was so late i didnt even catch that he said that (said sensor instead of module)........my fault man, just like what injuneer said, you want the KM........there is no such thing as the sensor, however there are two different sensors, one for OBD 1 and one for OBD 2 as he stated as well.

I have NGK's O2 sensors (NTK sensors i believe they were called.......only reason i put those in was because they came with all the stuff i bought. Otherwise i would have gotten the AC delco ones) However, all that being said i have yet to have a problem with them..........
(but i only have 3k miles on them so, Knock-on-wood).GL with whatever you end up choosing
