damn near shakes the car apart when roasting, racing, sliding. what do i need to make it stop. i absolutely hate it

 

Lower Control Arms (LCAs) and Panhard bar. If you're lowered make sure to also get some LCA relocation brackets.

Also once you have LCAs and a Panhard bar if you're still experiencing wheel hop you'll want a torque arm.

 

The LCA relocation brackets work well on a stock ride height car, as well.

 

Also check your torque arm mount while you are under there.
