Re: whats ur opinion on a automatic camaro ss

Okay I don't know much about cars or anything so don't flame me cause I know nothing. I got to test drive a 2002 trans-am with my dad, I think it was 6 or 5 speed manual. And my moms owns a 2001 Z28 automatic. I noticed the manual had way more punch to it. The car was much more responsive too. It felt like ti had way more low end power. The manual felt way way way better, I know the cars have similar power but the trans-am felt way faster. Anyways thats just my opinion from driving in both.

With the 3.42s it probably did feel like it had more low end, a lot of it might have been in your head too.

The manual LS1s are 6 speeds.

So can 3.42's and a manual transmission really make that much of a difference from an automatic 2001 z28?? It had way more low end, and it wasnt in my head. Might of been that thing where all engines are different, some are a little faster than others and they all have different torque curves. Guess that trans-am was a lucky one. We almost bought it too, damn it NOOOOOOO!

This quote is from your website:

"This is my ride, well summer ride that is. I bought it in may of 2003. For all those people that dont think they can afford a beautiful sports car with and average joes job, take it from me your wrong i work at a car wash for sakes. Plus im only 19."

Now, at 19, a lot of us would consider you a kid!

It must be nice having your parents pay for your car insurance and mods cause I can't see how you could do it on a car wash salary.

Nice ride!
