One of mine has gone bad and I see its in a pressed fitting. I bought some hose to rig it but the more I think about it I should probably replace all of it. I see you can buy the whole assembly but I don't have 150 bucks to blast right now.

You can carefully cut off the swaged collar and attach a normal hose with clamps. GM even sells the rubber sections separately to do this.

here's the thread from where i fixed mine over the weekend. I cut off the collar with a dremal and bought a 5/8 hose from autozone that had a 90 on it like i needed. I think it was off a dodge van or something. If you need the 90 highlighted in that thread let me know and i can get you the part number that i used so you can cut it down to fit. It cost 10 bucks.

I did the same. Part number for the hose with the 90 degree bend is 80400CS at advance auto. I used this to replace the piece from the T-fitting to the water pump.
