So my heater hose has too many holes in this section of my heater hoses

I fixed it by cutting out sections and using a barb but it's too far gone now. Can i just cut off that collar and add hoses with clamps? The issue that may arise is that i think they are two different sizes on that collar and where it connects under the throttle body. Anyone know the sizes?

I think one hose is 3/4 and the other 5/8. Yes, you can zip off the collars and use hose and clamps on it.
