Im having a problem with my 95 z28 I just purchased , I have narrowed it down to 3 or 4 things that I think could be possibilities. 1. Pcm Needs to be tuned. 2. Optispark needs replaced/fixed 3. Clogged Cat-Converter or 4. bad plugs and wires.
but I saw this and thought I would find out why its unplugged and If it may be causing my problems.

Because its only used to supply temporary power to the fuel pump, bypassing the pump relay and the PCM permits, to test the fuel pump. There is no matching connector to connect to it. You run 12V power from the battery to the connector to test the pump.

Describe the "problem" you are trying to solve. Without knowing that, its pretty hard to point you in the correct direction.

Not without some description of the problem.
