and that doesnt hurt the gears or anything about the car??? running in 4th,5th,6th at so low????? sorry if this is a dumb question lol

 

It doesn't hurt anything. The next time you're going 50mph, go ahead and save some fuel.

 

The car was designed like that.

Since I had learned to drive I often skipped gears.. Often going from 1st to 3rd to 5th. Just felt like it made more sense..

If I wanted to race someone, and we are rolling, I dont feel the need to go from 6th to 5th to 4th or 3rd when I could just go straight to the gear that is appropriate for the gear, hold clutch in .. rev match.. and slowly let it out.. placing me back in the power band and ready to go..
