weird problem

on my 86 camaro. fuse keeps blowing. the fuse controls the brake lights, hazards, and the little noise when you leave the key in the ignition and open the door. i kept on replaceing fuses, but i blew them when i put on the brakelights opened my door with the key in, or turned on my hazards. so i cleaned the peanut butter off the brake light bulbs, and that fixed the problem for a couple months. fuse blew again. what do i look for to fix this? i need brake lights, this is my daily driver. maybe i could disconnect the little noise when you leave the key in, how do i do that?

Have you checked to be sure you aren't getting moisture in the tail light lenses?By the way that "peanut butter" is di-electric grease.Cuts down on corrosion.
