A bit pricey in my opinion--and my opinion is worth every penny you're paying for it!

Also, those are not 18" rims in the pix.

It would probably be a good deal for $4K. But I'm cheap.

lol @ 18 inch wheels. I'd hope those are just old pics...but if that's the case, I wonder what the rest of the car looks like currently.

If you are aiming for a ls1 then get an ls1. I know first hand what happens when you settle. I'm not by any means saying the lt1 is bad but we all agree that the ls1 is better and more importantly NEWER!!!!

You 9 times out of 10 get what you pay for. I found that out the hard way when I purchased my 70k mile Camaro a couple years back for a very low price. Nothing but problems from that time until I sold it.

It is worth calling IMHO. If it is a clean car inside and out and if he compromises on the price a bit, it might not be a bad bargain.

Not sure what the deal is with the wheels-pictured ones are stockers.
Really depends on the condition of the car-looks pretty good and stock, though. Price is ok if car is nice-I have 109k on my car, and it runs like a new car. I do all my own work on it, and have spent about 1500 on parts(opti,WP,exhaust, etc.) to get it to run as good as it does. Keep in mind that it is an older car, and things wear out.

That being said, I love my 6-speed, and they are getting harder to find!

I paid 6k for mine when it had 88k about two years ago. No regrets.

FWIW.... I paid the exact same $$ for my car w/ 160k, everything is identical to that one except mine is green. Oh wait, I forgot mine also had 17" chrome SS rims and a brand spankin new 383.

I'd try to talk the guy down to at least 5k. Retail value for that car should be around $6k I would guess. Might want to look that up, nadaguide.com
