As some of you might have noticed from other posts, I'm looking for a Vette. Well, actually, I was looking - just dropped a deposit off for a 2000 black M6 with 45000 on the clock. However, I don't know this guy personally and it's a little distant from home. Does anyone know of any places near Philly, or any nationwide agency that would do a pre-buy inspection akin to a "certification" process so I'm less likely to get a scary surprise? Thanks!
