Upper Radiator hose - Extremly frustrated

I replaced my water pump and all hoses about 8 months ago. The upper hose (the one on the driver side!) would trickle some anti-freeze every few days. I cut the hose, used 2 clamps, slide the hose back an forth, tried different clamps all to no avail. I then globbed some silcone all over the pipe and slid the hose on. This worked for about 6 months until it started trickling again. I came to the conclusion that the O-ring where the pipe is pressed in was leaking so I JB welded the pipe right where it goes into the pump. I even replaced the hose again. It was fine for a week, AND NOW ITS LEAKING AGAIN!!!!

I'm now convinced the anti-freeze is just SOME how getting past the clamp. Which by the way are the screw driver kind NOT the factory ones. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Should I stick with the factory pain in the *** clamps? Any advice/info would be GREATLY appreciated.

Is the radiator cracked and just dripping down the hose?

Its actually coming out of the end that goes to the water pump. I'm convinced its just getting past the clamp somehow. I'm gonna mess with it tomorrow.
