ok, so heres what went down, My turn signal started not working so i took off the plastic part covering up the lights under the car. Before I had gone out i had bought turn signal lights becuase I thought that was what had burnt out. Infact after I took off the plastic covering the lights i found out it was actually the running light that had exploded. So I replaced that bulb and the turn signal bulb just becuase i was already down there. I went into my car and that didn't fix the problem. It doesn't blink and the running light is the only one that works when the head lights are on, but when I turn on my hazards the turnsignal lights right up. Is it a wiring problem or is it a lever in the relay box or what? thanks for the replys.

 

Try replacing the Flasher under the dash by steering column. Check at Auto Parts store for what they look like, cost less then $5.00.
