I have a 94 camaro with 3.4 and a 5 speed. Will the tranny swap out with the one in my 93 Z28 with the lt1?

 

No, they're not interchangeable.

In another post, you indicate your 93 Z28 has a 4L60E trans (was pointed out in that thread it is actually a non-electronic 4L60). Is that the trans you want to put in your 94 3.4L?

I wanted to put the auto in the 94, but was asking bout the manual being put in the 1993 z28. Would like the 5 spd behind my 350 i believe a 5 speed would definitely make it a lot more fun to drive, seeing as hoe she tries to cross up now at 45 with the auto, the manual would make it more excitement when i step off in it. But im not sure that tranny would take tue torque she puts out of her 375 to 390 hp 350. The car isnt completely stock. Its not been upgraded alot,so to speak but at a 45 mph roll you can mash it to the floor and she does start to get a lil sideways. But jus saying that i would probably shred the guts out of the 5 spd with her.

 

Exactly.... The factory version of the T5 is weak enough that GM would not use it behind the 3rd Gen's L98 engine (230 HP / 330 LB-FT). If you wanted an L98 in an F-Body, it only came with an auto trans

 

Any clue to any other trannys that would swap and fit?
