timing issue... powerloss?

94 lt1 t56
My camaro has no power. When idiling it sounds and runs fine but when in gear and driving it has no power. When u give it gas it bogs down and rattles. So babying it is essential. Here is a list of thingsi have replaced\done.

New fuel pump\sending unit
New fuel filter
New fuel lines
Removed catylitic converter (for fear that it was clogged) (straight piped it)
New starter
No mods.
Sprayed carb cleaner around motor and no difference in revs. So no leaks.

Is it possible that I have a timing issue? Or possible compression issue?
Please any input helps

You seem to have focused on the fuel system. Have you measured the fuel pressure, at idle, and under full load?

Have you scanned it for codes?

Could potentially be a clutch issue, I'd check that as well...

Yes I have scanned it for codes and none showed up. There aren't any chck engine lights on either. Also yes I've checked the pressure, at idle (36psi), at full rpms (41psi), wit key on and motor off ( 0 psi ). Now that was before I did the fuel pump haven't checked it since. Did need replacng though it had a couple cracks in one of the hoses. Anyway even after all that still had no effect on the way she runs. I'm at a loss. I don't know what else coul be causing me not to have any power. And no the clutch is only 6 months old and so is the tranny.

There are codes that do not turn on the SES light. What did you use to scan it?
