Taylor Wire ?
Hi Dan,
The stock wires are only 7mm,I think 8mm would be too big, especially on the passenger side loom just below and in front of the alternator by the pulleys.
My 8.5mm MSD were way to big for the stock looms,I just used zip-ties.
To help with removing the old wires I cut off one end with some scissors, then you can pull them through
.
The drivers side is easy, but the passenger side is tough.I managed to do mine without removing the alternator, but there's not much room down there, believe me.
I drove my front wheels up on ramps,so I could get underneath, you can do all the driver's side from underneath.
Be prepared to spend half a day on this, and your hands and forearms will be sore the next day.Driver's side takes about 40 mins, but the 4 on the passenger side will take a few hours.
Hope this helps,Mark
