Stock mailslit exhaust tips
what are the inlet size of the stock tips on a z?
I really wanna go to that stock look but am not sure they would be big enough for my current pipes
if they are too small i really dont want to put a coupler on em because that would restrict flow on the way out, at least i think it would

They are 2.25 inlet.
I look at the issue of restriction this way. Eperts in the area of fluid dynmics have determined that the single 3" intermediate pipe is enough to flow everthing a mildly modified 350 can put out. They have also determined that 1 3" pipe can flow as much as 2 2.25" pipes. So, anything beyond 2.25 is overkill really.
No I am not the expert, but I read this on this forum some time ago. I knbow I don't have any trouble putting down 340 hp and torque witht this setup so. . .
