Stock belts with Corbeau Forzas?
Just as the title says I've been drooling over getting a set of Corbeau Forzas for my Camaro but I don't want to buckle up like John Force everytime I need to run to the store. Can the stock belts be used and will they be safe? Thanks

How would you get the seat belt strap, with the harness strap connected to it, through the belt hole in the side of the seat? I had the 5-point harness lap belts installed on the stock bolts, with the stock belt/harness still in place, but I never used the stock belts, and eventually removed them.

Ok never thought about snaking the belt through the harness holes. I just figured on pulling it over the side of the seat. So the Forzas are that uncomfortable? I'm now getting conflicting answers on that with Injuneer saying they weren't bad at all for a 2 hour drive. Now I'm torn and sadly there is no way to test a seat out because none of the shops around here carry anything but APC crap
Ohh and the car will be getting a 6 point cage and harnesses but I was just going to run the stock belts with the Forzas for now.

I have a 6-point rollbar in my red car, with 6-point harnesses. The stock belts are still installed (in front) and used for the street. 5/6-points are great for the track, but being unable to reach the door when it is fully open is not ideal.
2 hours might not be bad, and I have had back problems in the past, but after driving 5-hours each way in the Forza's over three days (drive, race, drive home), I took them out and sold them. Well after about a week of back recovery. The stock T/A seats are a million times more comfortable, look nice and aren't coming back out. They don't hold me as well on a road course, but that is a small price to pay IMO.
There is a reason comfortable lightweight race seats are expensive, and tube & cloth seats will never be very comfy.

Thanks for the info. I've got T/A seats in my car now and they are very comfortable but they're HEAVY and don't really hold me in all that well. I think I'm going to try and find a dealer not too far away and try a few Corbeaus out. I've got it narrowed to the A4s for an adjustable seat or the Forzas for a non adjustable. Argh too many decisions.
My experience with the Forza has been good. Comfortable and secure. Yes, my longest exposure was a 2 hour drive... but consider the fact that I'm a senior citizen..............
