93 LT1/ 700r4. Im buttoning up my LT4 swap. Trans was just rebuilt. Speedometer isn't working. And transmission isn't reliably shifting out of first. I can tug on the TV cable and it shift normal, but the car sits for a few weeks at a time until i can play with it and resorts back to the non shifting behavior. Thoughts?

Voltmeter tested both VSS and pigtail purple wire. Nothing. I assume I'm looking for around 5 volts?

Tested TCC pigtail and got 10.84 on all except the tan and black where it read somewhere around (.03) I don't have mutant arms to test the actual TCC itself.

Where should I start testing next? Am I jumping to conclusions thinking its the ECM?
