shifter boot on M6

shifter boot on M6

Is there any company that makes a shorter shifter boot? the other one is about 6-8 inches hight...looking for one that is mabey 4-5? but looks factory

I don't know if this company can make custom height for your application, but it's worth a shot...

Check out www.redlinegoods.com. They custom made mine to fit my shorter shifter and were great at working with me. You can check mine out on my cardomain site listed below.

I needed a shorter boot after I converted my M6 to a TH400 with a B&M Ratchet shifter, keeping the M6 console. I simply "rolled" the top of the boot down inside the hole, making it shorter. Worked fine.

I simply "rolled" the top of the boot down inside the hole, making it shorter.
I did the same to mine.

Hey. I found a great fix. If you take the console out, and remove the shifter bood and frame. Take the shifter boot off of the frame, and cut slots in them 1 - 1.5 inches above the existing holes. Reattach frame and install. looks factory...
