Yesterday i went to start the car and when i turned the key, nothing happened a few seconds later the alarm started going off and i couldn't stop it. i figured the key might have gone bad, but i tried a spare key that is almost new and same thing. what should i suspect? yea, i read that. it didn't seem to explain why the alarm continues to sound. can anyone explain that.

 

Dunno, maybe the shock sensor is toast? - I'd try disconnecting it and see what happens.
