Reverse Lights INOP

I own a 96 Z28, it has a B&M Ripper shifter. I'm wondering if this would cause the reverse lights to not work? Nothing seems to be disconnected. Thanks for your help.

Re: Reverse Lights INOP

Could be the reverse switch on the transmission. I'm also assuming the bulbs are ok. But the switch is on the passenger side of the transmission I believe. It's only like a 10 dollar part. Test it first though, no need to waste money.
