Question restrictor plates

I had my car dynoed (313rwhp) and my car is apparently running rich, are the restrictor plates causing this?

IF your talking about the cones they stuck in some SS exhausts, it's remotely possible, but it wouldn't effect the car to any terribly noticeable extent. Get a tune

I am talking about restrictor plates used on the air tubes of the exhaust manifolds. I think your right though; I need a tune. Probably time for new O2 sensors too.

No, the AIR system is only used to heat up your cats, and shouldnt effect your A/F ratio at all.
