Did you spill tranny fluid on the accessory belt that would cause it to slip?

Make sure the belt is routed correctly and spinning the pulling, check your power steering fluid, make sure fluid is not on the belt causing it to slip, and if that isn't it make sure all your lines are connected and not leaking. If none of the above is the problem you probably have a faulty PS pump.
