removing paint

removing paint

i have a set of 97 ta rims that had been rattle can painted black over the stock aluminum, what could i use the best to remove this?

Goto Home Depot/Lowes and buy some paint stripper. The stuff is powerful so don't get it on anything you don't want stripped.

Home Depot/Lowes will have nothing that will strip auto style paint, go to walmart or any parts place and get some aircraft stripper. Be warned it'll take anything and everything off and burn like you wouldn't believe if you get it on you

Also if it's cheap rattle can paint carb cleaner will take it off and not hurt the undercoats

So the stuff I bought there to strip my wheels didn't work?
