Whenever my doors are closed harder than absolutely necessary, they make a rattling sort of sound. Most older cars ive seen do the same thing, but is there anything i can adjust to make them close like quieter? Thanks

 

Same here. I'm willing to bet it is the window regulator - there's a lot of pivot points that get loose. Put the window in different positions and close the door - I'll bet it will either sound different or go away.

 

i havent noticed a difference regardless of the position of the window

 

Its mostlt because the doors are made of composite material and that in time the window regulator arms get loose a little and that's your noise. Mine dose the same thing, I'm use to it because of any of my other older cars did the same thing. You could take the panels off and try to adjust the actuator arms but be careful of master switch clips so you don't break anything. Good luck.
