How do i take the radio plate off so that i can get my radio out?

pleasse specify your year make and model of car. It would be helpfull to put that information in your signature so it is always available.

my friend had a 95, and we put in a new stereo in his. i want to say the plate thing just popped off, but im not sure. maybe someone else will know better

at least that's how it is on the 98+ dash, not sure what the 97s are like.

I think the 97 is the year they switched to the newer style dash.

If so then LS1.com had a sticky thread with all that type of information
