R&R A/C what do i do to recharge?

R&R A/C what do i do to recharge?

I am guessing all the hoses are tight, can i just get a refill kit or something?

ummits not running cool at all, just hot air blows from it.

You can add some refrigerant safely using simple toolkit from Walmart. Probably pressure sensor informs PCM, that there not enough pressure.
But, I HIGHLY recommend to drive to some shop, get AC system vacuumed, and then refilled, that way you will be sure that refrigerant will not become acid and compressor is working with enough oil. Do a search, there a lot of info there.
Do AC compressor clutch engaging at all?
