Chevy 572

Has anyone put a 572 into a street driven F-body and if to the track what was your best 1/4?

Re: Chevy 572

You are asking about puting a big block chevy (BBC) in a f-body.

It has been done many times in all different generation cars. Getting it to fit in a 4th generation car is not really practical due to distributor clearance issues. I suggest you use the search feature.

Question Re: Chevy 572

My main interest is how do these crate engines (either one) perform in the real world. Horsepower TV installed one in a "lighten" Nova and to my knowledge they still have not released 1/4 mile times yet, maybe the results have not been that good?
