Cleaned? Not sure and never heard of anyone needing to do it. If it is leaking exhaust gases back toward the rubber hose (causes the hose to melt), it needs to be replaced.

well its not leaking , it seems to be clogged . The rubber hose keeps getting blown off.

get a new one, it cannot be cleaned

and clamp the hose on
