For the past few months, my steering has developed a squealing noise.

It happens at low speeds only and it sounds like something needs to be greased or something is struggling to turn the wheels. The power steering is fine and isn't hard to turn, but this noise comes and goes and seems like something that could require work in the future.

Anyone has this happen to their F-Body?

 

you said it's a squeal? but not something like the power steering pulley or the belt?

 

might it be more of a creak?


might have a rusted tie rod/ball joint
