Pulse Board Location For windshield Wipers

Can anyone show me where the Pulse board location is on a 1997 Z ?

I bought this one online and it sounds like it goes on the Motor and not under the drivers side dash?

the part in your link goes on top of the wiper motor

There is a cover on the wiper motor it is mounted under.
