Proper Engine Break In

I came across this on the internet.

EDIT: Possible NWS banner on very bottom of page! http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm

The basic idea is to drive the car HARD at first, instead of babying it. I know that driving at a constant RPM in the beginning (e.g. long highway) isn't good for breaking in, but what do you guys think about this?
