Power windows and locks.

So im looking at the '02 z28 for sale, great price, leather, ttops, low miles, M6. but i notice, no power windows or locks... kinda baffles me but ok i can deal with it for a great car.

now the question (and yes ive searched, all i came up with is stuff for classic cars) is there a way to put in power windows and locks in the car? are there kits? if so how much do they cost? or should i just go to a dealer? ive got manual windows and locks on my celica, and they are a pain in the ***.....

any and all help would be appreciated, thanks guys

It might be a 1LE car which means it would not have those options to save weight and the suspension would be stiffer. NO there are no kits for that type of thing. I wouldn't waste the money to put it in either.

As for the no power windows/locks, that is a good thing.
It'll probably be on the driver's door on a 2002.
