My driverside window stopped working and I started working on it and then my otherside stopped working also. The driver wont go up but the other side will work for a few seconds and then takes a couple of minutes to charge back up.
Please help!!

 

It sounds like bad window motors. Very common on these cars.

yes, that is common. When the overload switch in the motor trips, it takes it a while to cool off again so current can pass through.

 

YEs there Very Common in the 4th Gen Fbods. I have a 94 LT1. and my driverside window motor is completly out. And this will be my "THIRD" motor going into the driverside. and my passanger side is starting to TRIP to. IF that one goes out it will be my 2nd window motor on the passenger side. I one of the problems on why the window motors go out so much on the 4th gen fbods is that our windows are pretty heavy. There not your basic honda civic window or something. Our windows have some wieght to them and if that motor has to make that window go UP AND DOWN UP AND DOWN. then yes afterwhile it will be time for that motor to go bad
