Power window probs

Does anyone know of a relay in the dash in the power window circuit? The window will stop working, let it sit for a second and will start again. This is only for the drivers side. While it is inoperable, there will be clicking in the dash somewhere whenever I try to roll the window up and down. I've checked out some repair manuals, and found nothing. Just checking to see if anyone has any experience with this before I go tearing things apart. thnx

the relay is under the dash. Same thing happened with my pass side window. I had the mechanic at work fix it.

I can't speak for the clicking sound, but the rest of it sounds like the window motor is bad.

Re: Power window probs

The clicking you are hearing may be coming from the express down module, but your symptoms are that of a dying window motor. It will cause you to hear the clicking. Check my Tech Page for more info and instructions on replacing the motor.
