Power Window Kits.

I'm getting fed up with my power windows and the regulators bending and binding up. I'm almost to the point where I want to replace the entire system with a line or belt system. Quiet, fast and reliable. Know of any companies that make a universal kit?

The only generic problem with the 4th gen. windows are the motors. There are at least 8 to 10 adjustments on the window guides and stops. They must all be adjusted to work together. Check to see if any screws are missing or loose. Then see if you can find someone that knows what they are doing and get them readjusted.

I agree you should not be having problems with the regulators. The only common issue is the motors. I'd bet you have something out of adjustment. There are quite a few adjustments and you really have to know what you are doing to get it right.
