my friend's car is having a power steering problem and i am atempting to help him diagnose it. basically the car has no power steering. The fluid in the pump is full and clean, and the pulley appears to spin fine. there is no leak either. anyone have an idea of what this could be? is it the rack? i am pretty sure when the pump goes it dumps fluid, but i am not sure.
