Passeneger seat
Passeneger seat
well i hardly ever sit in it but my gf always complains....
the seat wiggles like a chair does with one leg longer then another.
it goes down if u push on the portion nearest to the door and the back support... u can probably get it to wiggle 1/2 inch in either direction and its uncomfortable to sit in expecally in curves...
does anyone know whats wrong?

Re: Passeneger seat
my driver seat will tilt backwards or forwards a lil bit depending on how i move in it...but i never really cared too much to fix it. maybe ill have a look at it now. all i should have to do is tighten the four screws and what not?
Re: Passeneger seat
There are two tracks on the bottom of the seat. Each track has 4 bolts in it.... 2 going into the seat, and 2 going into the floor.
Make sure they are all tight.
The 4 bolts going into the floor are easy to get to. If the oned going into the seat loose you will likely need to remove the seat to get to them. It is pretty simple eather way.

Re: Passeneger seat
Might want to check the studs that hold the seat/track to the floor. They are welded to the thin sheet metal floor.
On my drivers seat, one of them broke completely out of the sheetmetal floor, and another was 1/2 torn loose. I had to put long bolts through from the bottom, with large fender washers to tighten up the seat.
