Parts drawings?

Did a search here, but only found a few very old posts with long-dead links.

For these cars, are there any on-line resources now, to show parts drawings? They were once called parts fiches, back in the microfilm days. I have a motorcycle, and I can go to several on-line sites to find the drawings and Part Numbers of any bolt or piece ever needed. Anything like that available anywhere, for my 1998 Z-28?

Thanks for any help.

Re: Parts drawings?

Thanks, guys, I was not looking for downloads, but it's a start.
Just lately I found this site, which is kinda right for me, but man, it is one clunky way to go. Once you find an item, you can't back out to any other drawings for that year and model; you have to start back from the Chevrolet home page and re-select everything again. I was asking (hoping) to find some better sites than this.

Re: Parts drawings?

Sorry you didn’t find our suggestion useful or helpful. I'm not aware of any online sources that work any differently than the one you linked. Might be out there, but I'm not aware of it.

Re: Parts drawings?

All the GM parts houses are pretty much from the same database. I haven't found any problem staying within a category or sub category when I browse.

Re: Parts drawings?

Just Google GMparts and you will find lots of them.

Shoebox,

There we go ! That got it. I was just looking too narrowly; I needed to broaden the search terms.
Gotta be smarter than the search engine, I guess.
Thanks,
