A friend got a part left over when he mounted together the engine on his Camaro -97 , is there anyone who knows what it is and where it should be mounted ?

V6 or V8 engine?

 

I think I answered this question by email. For future reference, it goes behind the driver's side cylinder head and is a bracket for clipping the wiring harness going to the low oil and O2 sensors.
