Packaging/Shipping Method for LT1 Heads?

I might buy some heads locally and then ship them out to Lloyd for porting, I'm curious how you guys have packaged and shipped heads though. Lloyd said shipping the finished heads back is $50, I'm assuming that's UPS Ground... but how does it get packaged?

Thanks,
Chris

Hoping that this is the right forum for this question...

a box with flat styro sheets packed in there to make it fit, as long as there is some padding around the outside and no room to move you should be ok

I had someone ship me a pair of heads this way. They were falling out of the box when they arrived. Newspaper does not provide any padding at all, and these boxes get tossed around by the loaders and drivers.

Box with cardboard folded around each corner of the head to wedge it in place.
