O'Reilly's has the headlight motor gear
For those who don't know, O'Reilly's has the headlight motor gear. They also have the motor. Gear is around $12 each.

you can get metal gears from http://www.rodneydickman.com/retail_new.html he has other years and cars. look under electrical

You can also get metal gears from Brent Franker. He recently switched from brass to hard coated aluminum because of copper prices, but they are still good quality.
