Unhappy only hear a single click when starting

I have a gorgeous 1994 Z28 with 111,000 miles that's 100% stock. When I turn the key, I hear a single click or no sound at all. I have a new ( fully charged) battery . If it's the starter or solenoid, can I correct it without having to replace it? How can I determine if it's the starter problem? The car is a bitch to work on because it's so low and everythings underneath

Is it possible the battery cables or cable terminals are corroded? Check the starter end of the main cable as well.
